Welcome to DogeDuel.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DogeDuel platform. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Description of the Service

DogeDuel is a peer-to-peer gaming platform that allows users to participate in simple competitive games using Dogecoin (DOGE).

The platform connects players who voluntarily create and join matches with each other. Game results are determined automatically according to predefined rules.

DogeDuel does not participate in matches against users and acts only as a technical intermediary between players.

The platform charges a small service fee for facilitating matches.

3. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• use of the platform is permitted in your jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws.

4. Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information during registration
• maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• immediately notify the platform of any unauthorized account access

The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The platform uses Dogecoin (DOGE) as the in-platform currency.

Users may deposit Dogecoin to addresses generated by the platform. Deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals are processed automatically and may require blockchain confirmation times.

• the platform cannot reverse blockchain transactions
• users must ensure that withdrawal addresses are correct

The minimum withdrawal amount may be defined by the platform.

6. Match System

Matches are created voluntarily by users.

When a user creates or joins a match:

• the stake amount is deducted from the user’s balance
• the match result is determined automatically according to the game rules
• the winner receives the reward minus the platform fee

If a match results in a draw, the original stakes may be returned to both players.

7. Platform Fees

DogeDuel charges a small service fee from completed matches.

The fee is transparently displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time.

No hidden fees are charged.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• attempt to manipulate match outcomes
• use automated bots to gain unfair advantages
• engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• attempt to interfere with platform infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Suspension or Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or abusive behavior.

This includes activities related to fraud, exploitation, or attempts to disrupt the service.

10. Service Availability

DogeDuel aims to provide a stable and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may experience downtime due to:

• maintenance
• infrastructure issues
• network disruptions
• external factors beyond our control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DogeDuel and its operators shall not be liable for:

• financial losses
• loss of cryptocurrency
• service interruptions
• technical errors
• indirect or consequential damages
• arising from the use of the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
